Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unisocial Hub, a social media management module operated by KanBird. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. For questions, contact info@kanbird.com.

1. Acceptance

By using Unisocial Hub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to bind the organization you represent. If using on behalf of a business, you represent that you have full authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. License

KanBird grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Unisocial Hub for internal business purposes — specifically to connect and manage Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers that you own or administer.

This license does not include the right to:

  • Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
  • Modify or create derivative works based upon the Service
  • Reverse engineer or access the Service in order to build a competitive product
  • Copy any features, functions, or graphics of the Service

3. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of Unisocial Hub involves use of the Facebook Platform. By using Unisocial Hub, you agree to comply with all of the following:

  • Facebook Platform Terms
  • Meta's Community Standards
  • Meta's Advertising Policies
  • Instagram Platform Policy
  • WhatsApp Business Solution Terms

You may only manage pages and accounts for which you have proper administrative authorization. You must not use the Service to manage accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

Meta may independently revoke our API access at any time. KanBird is not responsible for service disruption resulting from Meta's independent platform decisions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Unisocial Hub for any prohibited purpose. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages in violation of Meta policies or applicable anti-spam laws
  • Accessing accounts, pages, or data without proper authorization
  • Using auto-replies to send deceptive, misleading, or harassing messages
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
  • Using the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information without authorization
  • Any action that creates legal risk for KanBird or Meta

KanBird reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published and messages sent through Unisocial Hub. You warrant that:

  • You have all rights necessary to publish the content
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
  • The content complies with Meta's Community Standards and platform policies
  • The content does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information

KanBird does not pre-screen content published through the Service. However, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

KanBird's total liability for claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

KanBird is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business
  • Service interruptions or outages caused by Meta platform changes
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties
  • Deletion, corruption, or loss of data or programs

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. KanBird does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Termination

KanBird may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any of the following reasons:

  • Material breach of these Terms
  • Violation of Meta Platform Policies
  • Non-payment of applicable subscription fees
  • Any action creating legal or regulatory risk for KanBird or Meta
  • Prolonged inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@kanbird.com or through the account settings.

Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy's Data Retention section — all associated data is subject to cascading deletion as described therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
